Covid-19 Update

 

We would like to assure all customers that we are taking all precautions whilst sorting your orders. As its only our founding director Ella behind the scenes, all orders are only sorted and packed by Ella herself.  Shipping will continue as normal but there may be some delays. Where can I buy your products?

We are an online retailer and only sell through our own website. We do have plans to attend horse events around the UK. Our director is always competing at shows across Wales & England so keep an eye out on our social media if you’re ever at the same show for us to bring your order or even to say hi.

How much does it cost to ship?

UK shippingcan vary from £3.99-£5.99 depending on the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over £85  

EU Shipping & rest of the world can vary from £10-£20 depending on what country and weight of your order.

Where is my order?

Due to covid orders may be delayed slightly. UK Standard deliveries can take 3-7 working days. Europe & the rest of the world can take 5-10 working days. If you have not received your order after this, please get in touch and we can chase your order up.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please let us know immediately if you need to do this as orders placed before 2pm are placed the same day. Email us at email@ancoraequestrian.co.ukwith details of what you would like to change or order. We will do everything we can to insure you get the items you would like. Please double check the items in your bag and all details (size, colour, quantity) are correct before going to checkout.

 

How do I return my order for a refund or exchange?

For returns and exchanges, please visit the Delivery and returns page.

 

Do you cover the cost for returning an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a prepaid returns service. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item to you, to avoid ouyr customers from paying for delivery twice. You can also exchange an item for a different product if you’d like. Please print off the form at the bottom of the Delivery & Returns page as we are trying to use as little paper with your orders as possible.

How does your clothing fit?

Our clothing is true to size and is recorded in UK sizes. If you are unsure what your UK size is please visit out sizing guide here. For more information please contact us. 

 

A product I would like to order is currently out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

Subscribe to our mail listing for restock dates & new products, also follow our Social media for regular updates. Some products and sizes sell out a lot quicker than others; So keep an  eye out for our restock dates to order straight away to avoid disappointment.

 

How do I become a retailer for Ancora Equestrian?

Thank you for your interest in our products and range. Unfortunately, we are not looking for any retailers or stockists. We are only an online retailer.
